一、Log in

2. After fill in the user name and password, please swipe right to finish.
二、Register
1. Please click Register at right corner to enter register page
2. After enter the page, please fill in all * part please click I accept the sales terms and conditions. Then click create account to finish. After finish the progress, please find your active e-mail in your e - mail address.
3. After finish this progress, please use your active mail to activate your account.
三、Find back password
1. Please use Forgot Password? In log in page.
2. In Forgot password page, please click Get code, then find your code in your registration e-mail.
3. After enter your code, you can make a new password which must contain 6-10 number, characters or sign. After finish this progress, click submit.
四、Common Inquiry steps.
1. Please enter the web page and put PB or CAS number in search blank..
2. After enter in detail order page, please click [Inquiry].
3. Please fill in the information of your compound as order
4. After finish the information, please click [Save].
Important notice.
(1). Please fill in all * red star sign part.
(2). If you want to add more pack size, please use plus sigh at the end of package size part.
(3). After finish the order, you can check in [My inquiry].
五、Customized inquiry step.
1. Please find [Service] at the top of web page, then click [Customized Inquiry] to enter customized inquiry page
2. Please CAS number or Structure diagram, E-mail address are required, please use comma to separate multiple e-mail address.
3. After put in all required information, click [inquiry].
4. You can view your order in [My Inquire]->[Customized synthesis inquiry].
六、How to Purchase.
1. Please enter the web page and put PB or CAS number in search blank.
2. After enter the detail page, please between [Add to cart] or [Purchase].
If you Chose [Add to cart], you can view your order at top right corner, you can click [Purchase] to review your order.
3. After check the information of your order, please select your product then click [Settlement].
4. After enter the settlement page, please fill in the shipping address and billing address.
5. After finish all basic information, click [Submit] to submit the order and please view your order in [My Order].
七、Express Order step
1. Enter the web page and find [Service] at the top of the page then select [Express Order].
2. Please fill in all required information PB or CAS number, Package size etc. Click [Add].
3. Please click the grey box to select your compound then click [Purchase].
4. You can fill in purity, shipping date or other require information in inquiry list, then click [Submit]. You be able to check your inquiry information in [My inquiry] list. .
