The original motive for PharmaBlock to devote to novel building blocks design and synthesis is the belief that accelerating drug discovery should start at its source. A collection of rationally designed building blocks with novelty, diversity and good “drug-like” properties is crucial not only to molecules’ biological activities but also to ADMET properties, which will eventually impact the success rate of drug discovery projects.
